Craig & Susan

Craig & Susan have been the owners of Tremaine Garage Doors since 2006 and have single handily built it to what it is today. We pride ourselves on doing a great job and getting the job done right the first time. You will generally find Susan in our showroom taking phone calls, taking care of our customers, booking in measures, organising jobs, typing up quotes and taking care of our accounts. Susan and Craig have both been doing this line of work for quite sometime & can answer most (if not all) questions regarding garage door systems. Craig is always on hand to help out with the operations side of the business and organises a lot of the day to day scheduling as well as being out on the tools himself.

Jonathan

Jonathan looks after the Wairarapa Region as our person to contact for this area. Main role is operations/installation. Even though he is based in Palmerston North, Jonathan makes the trip over to the Wairarapa generally twice a week and has garage doors and openers to install from Masterton to Featherston & out towards Martinborough & the coast as well as calling upon all the service & repair jobs that get booked in. When not working in the Wairarapa you will find him working around the Manawatu. His knowledge in the industry is quite impressive. Combine that with his great work ethic you are left with a valued employee.

Josh

Josh has a varied role within Tremaine Garage Doors. He quite often will do measures & quotes for our main account holders around the Manawatu & Wairarapa Regions for new & renovation builds as well as for new customers looking to upgrade their current garage doors. He also visits our main account holders upgrading their knowledge on our products and letting them aware of any new and exciting products we may have available.

Kent

Originally from Gisborne, Kent is a valued & reliable member of the team. Main role is operations/installation. He has a great knowledge of not only garage door systems but also automatic gate systems. He is our ‘go to’ technician for automatic gates. His background in regional management and customer service means he knows how to get things done professionally. Mainly working in the Manawatu region but often will head down to the Wairarapa with Jonathan completing the two man jobs. If you are interested in an automatic gate system then it will more than likely be Kent who will help you out.
