Craig

Craig has been running Tremaine Garage Doors alongside Susan since 2006. He has built the business from the ground up and takes pride in ensuring that jobs are done right the first time. With his experience in the industry, Craig can answer almost any question about garage door systems. He is also actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing scheduling and working on jobs himself. If you need expert advice or reliable service for your garage door, Craig is the person to talk to.

Isaac

Isaac has been part of the team for 2 years, works along side Jayden installing garage doors & automatic openers. So also experiencing the scenic delights of the regions. Isaac enjoys the seeing the transformation of the “street appeal” of a property by the replacement of the garage door. When not at work Isaac enjoys watching sport and going snowboarding in the winter.

Luke

Luke is our most recent addition to the Tremaine Garage Door Team. Luke bring 20 years’ experience within the garage door industry with installation and latterly the last two years in sales. Luke brings a wealth of experience with technical & product knowledge including gate automation  to enable our client to have the best solution for their garage door and automation purchase. Outside of work Luke enjoys spending time with his daughters, working on cars and watching Rugby and Rubgy League

Susan

Susan is the friendly face of Tremaine Garage Doors. She's been managing the showroom since 2006, where she takes phone calls, answers customer queries, and handles quotes and accounts. Susan is also responsible for booking measures and organizing jobs. With her wealth of experience in the industry, Susan can answer most (if not all) questions about garage door systems. She works closely with Craig, who oversees the day-to-day scheduling and operations side of the business. If you're looking for excellent customer service and expert advice on garage doors, Susan is the person to speak to.

Kent

Kent is a valued & reliable member of the team. Main role is Repairs & Service of garage doors and automatic openers. He has a great knowledge of not only garage door systems but also automatic gate systems. He is our ‘go to’ technician for automatic gates. His background in regional management and customer service means he knows how to get things done professionally. Mainly working in the Manawatu region but often will head over to the Wairarapa also to help Jayden & Isaac with installations as required.

Jayden

Jayden's main role is operations and installations which involves installing Garage Doors, Automatic Openers and attending to Repairs and Services. Due to our extensive service area, you might find Jayden installing doors in Ōtaki one day and in Martinborough the next, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service no matter where they are located.

Jayden is from Palmerston North, and has a keen interest in the performing arts. He came to Tremaine Garage Doors from a Garage Door servicing background, and he works efficiently and effectively. Jayden is friendly, and enjoys meeting people out in the field.

Tash

An experienced office manager who is known for her excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills. With a talent for handling multiple tasks at once, Tash is the go-to person for scheduling appointments, managing invoices and accounts, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. She takes pride in her ability to provide top-notch customer service and has a knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
